  • If you want a single small room or office disenfected, we charge a minimum of $135 or the price per square foot, whichever is greater.

Up Front & Honest Pricing

Our pricing is straightforward. We have a fixed rate per square foot, with Zero add-on charges and Zero upselling. We calculate the cost by multiplying the area to be cleaned by our fixed rate.

Payment Methods

Acceptable payment methods are cash, checks and all major credit cards. Service fees may apply to credit card charges. Payment is required at the completion of the job, unless alternative credit or payment arrangements have been established in advance.

Pricing Area Rugs

We may ask you about the value of your rug. Certain area rugs, especially those crafted from delicate materials such as wool, cotton, or other high-value fibers, require special attention. For rugs of higher value, we will charge 10% of the purchase cost of the rug. If the rug shares the same material as the carpet or does not possess significant value, we charge the normal fixed rate per square foot that we’d charge for carpet cleaning.

Moving Furniture

We are able to move furniture in order to clean the floor underneath. However, for safety reasons, there are certain pieces of furniture that we may choose not to move. Factors such as excessive weight, breakable contents, electronics, disassembly requirements, and other potential risks are taken into account. We always communicate with our clients to discuss furniture moving arrangements before starting any job.

Cleaning only "Traffic Areas"

Traffic Areas are the parts of your rugs or carpets where there is a lot of soil and dirt and/or structural damage of the carpet fibers. It usually happens in carpets that are found in hallways or where there is a lot of walking. If you only need certain parts of a room to be cleaned, we are more than happy to accommodate your request.

We have a minimum charge of $135 for all services. Acceptable payment methods are cash, checks and all major credit cards. Service fees may apply to credit card charges. Payment is required at the completion of all jobs unless PRIOR credit or payment arrangements have been made.
