When it comes to pricing Quad City Carpet Care believes in up front honest pricing.

 

Carpet Cleaning:

We charge by the square foot of what you want cleaned. We currently charge 32 cents per square foot.
How we calculate square footage is very simple, length times width of the room you want cleaned. If you would like us to move the furniture, that is no problem. We will move most furniture. We do reserve the right to refuse to move certain pieces of furniture; if we deem that they are too heavy, have breakable contents, require
disassembly or are simply a disaster waiting to happen. We always discuss this with our client before we begin any job.
Since we charge by the square footage, if a client wants “Traffic Areas” only done, we do measure around the furniture so you are not charged for areas under the furniture.
We always discuss charges before we begin any job.

For Stairs:

We charge $1.00 per stair. Landings are measured for square footage.

Area Rugs:

We do clean area rugs. We will always ask the value of the rug. Some area rugs are of a higher value and made of fibers like wool, cotton and other more delicate material. If the rug is of higher value, we charge 10%
of the value of the rug. If the rug is made of the same material as the carpet or has no particular high value, we simply charge by the square footage of the rug, length times width. We always discuss area rugs with our client.

Furniture:

We clean most furniture. Furniture must be able to be cleaned with a water-based process. We will always look for a manufacturer’s label for cleaning instructions to verify that the item can be cleaned with our process. It is our experience that some material does not clean as well as what may have been projected by manufacturers or sales people. We always discuss the items with the client before we agree to clean any furniture
item. We do not remove cushion material from the fabric for any reason.

Our current prices for furniture:
  • Sofas (3 cushions) = $85.00
  • Love seats (2 cushions) = $75.00,
  • Recliners range from $35.00 -$60.00 depending on size.
  • Sectional Sofas range from $125.00 and above.
  • Other furniture items are discussed and agreed upon based on the complexity and size.

Disinfecting:

Our newest service, Complete disinfecting of whole home or offices and or partial rooms and offices. We use an Electrostatic disinfecting system called the Clorox® 360 from the makers of Clorox®. For whole home or office disinfecting, we charge 5 cents per square foot. If we are doing single rooms or offices, we charge a minimum of $25.00 per room or the price per square foot whichever is greater.

Minimum Charge:

We have a minimum charge of $75.00 for all services.
Acceptable payment methods are cash, checks and all major credit cards. Service fees may apply to credit cards charges.  Payment is required at the completion of all jobs unless PRIOR credit or payment arrangements have been made.
